Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Relationship to the Terms

This Acceptable Use Policy (this Policy) sets the rules for using Horoskope AI, the astrology service available at horoskope.ai and app.horoskope.ai (the Service), operated by Clevera Inc., a California corporation (Clevera, "we", "us"). This Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms & Conditions, available at https://horoskope.ai/terms (the Terms). Capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.

By using the Service you agree to follow this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. A violation of this Policy is a material breach of the Terms. How we collect and handle personal information, including birth details and hand photographs, is described in our Privacy Policy at https://horoskope.ai/privacy. If anything in this Policy conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.

The lists in this Policy are illustrative, not exhaustive. Conduct that is not expressly listed but that is unlawful, harmful to others, or abusive of the Service is also prohibited.

2. Lawful Use and Eligibility

You may use the Service only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, this Policy, and the Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the Service at all, and you may not use the Service if you are subject to the sanctions or export restrictions described in the Terms.

The Service is built for personal reflection, education, cultural interest, and entertainment. Use it in that spirit: to explore birth charts, dasha timelines, daily briefs, compatibility insights, naming ideas, and conversations about them, for yourself and for people who have agreed to be included.

3. Prohibited Conduct Toward Others

You must not use the Service to harm, deceive, or exploit anyone. In particular, you must not:

• commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, or any other deceptive or unlawful scheme, including offering readings or "remedies" for payment under false pretences;
• harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, monitor, or abuse any person, including by generating repeated unwanted readings or messages about them, by using the Service to track their circumstances, or by confronting them with content the Service produced about them;
• defame any person, or publish, share, or present an Output about an identifiable person as a statement of fact about their character, health, fidelity, honesty, competence, or future;
• promote hatred, discrimination, or violence against any person or group, including on the basis of religion, caste, race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or astrological attributes;
• impersonate any person or entity, including Clevera staff, astrologers, religious figures, or other users, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone, or present Outputs as the personal work of a human astrologer, priest, or other professional;
• exploit, endanger, groom, or sexualize minors in any way, or create content about a child for any purpose other than a parent's or guardian's own reflection;
• coerce, pressure, or manipulate another person using Outputs, for example to force or prevent a marriage, a medical decision, a financial transaction, or a relationship; or
• use the Service in connection with dowry demands, caste-based or gender-based discrimination, sex selection, or any practice that is unlawful where you or the subject of the reading lives.

4. Prohibited Technical Acts

You must not abuse the technology behind the Service. In particular, you must not:

• scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the Service, including charts, briefs, reports, corpus passages, or chat responses, whether manually or by automated means;
• access or interact with the Service through bots, scripts, headless browsers, AI agents, or other automated means, except through interfaces we expressly provide and document for that purpose;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, prompts, system instructions, model configuration, astrological engines, scoring rules, or knowledge corpus of the Service, except to the extent a law that cannot be contractually waived permits it;
• use Outputs to train, fine-tune, evaluate, distil, or improve a competing model, dataset, or astrology product, or otherwise attempt model or corpus extraction;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure, or breach or attempt to breach any security, authentication, or access-control measure, without our prior written authorization (see Section 13 for good-faith reporting);
• evade, disable, spoof, or manipulate rate limits, token metering, capture limits, trial eligibility checks, age checks, consent prompts, or other technical or contractual restrictions;
• abuse token allowances or free trials, for example by creating or cycling multiple accounts, using disposable email addresses or payment methods, or sharing accounts to repeatedly obtain free or introductory allowances (see Section 11);
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, introduce malware or other harmful code, send unsolicited messages through it, or place an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure;
• access, or attempt to access, accounts, profiles, conversations, images, or data that do not belong to you, including by guessing or enumerating identifiers; or
• frame, mirror, or proxy the Service, or remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notice, watermark, or disclaimer it carries.

5. Content Rules for Chat and Other Inputs

The Ask feature, feedback forms, and profile fields let you share questions and context with the Service. When you submit content, you must not:

• submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that depicts or sexualizes minors in any form;
• submit content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person, or that you do not have the right to share;
• attempt to manipulate the AI into producing content that violates this Policy or to reveal its instructions, including through prompt injection, jailbreaking, role-play framing, or similar techniques;
• request content that provides instructions for self-harm, violence, weapons, or other serious harm, or that targets a real person with threats or sexual content;
• submit malicious code or content designed to interfere with the Service or with other users; or
• submit passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other credentials, whether yours or anyone else's; the Service never needs these in a conversation.

Remember that chat messages are stored and processed as conversation memory, including as vector embeddings and AI-derived profile notes, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not share anything you are not comfortable being processed that way. If you change your mind, you can delete conversations, profiles, or your entire account from Settings.

6. Using Voice

The Service can listen and speak: you can hold the microphone to ask a question aloud, and you can have a page or a reply read back to you. Voice is another way into the same features, so the rest of this Policy applies to it unchanged. Saying something rather than typing it does not make it permitted.

When you use voice, you must not:

• record any other person, or upload a recording of one, without that person's knowledge and consent, and where the law requires it, the consent of everyone being recorded;
• speak content that this Policy prohibits in writing; the rules in Sections 3, 4, and 5 apply to a spoken question exactly as they apply to a typed one;
• use the synthesized voice to impersonate any person, or present spoken output as a recording of a real astrologer, of Clevera staff, or of any other identifiable individual; or
• script or automate the voice features, resell the audio the Service produces, or use it as a general text-to-speech or transcription service for material unrelated to your own readings.

Voice is metered against the same token allowance as everything else, so the fair use rules in Section 11 apply to it too. One practical note: a reading spoken aloud can be overheard. If you are asking about something private, think about who is nearby, use headphones, or simply read the answer on screen instead.

7. Birth Data About Other People

Birth profiles on the Service can describe you or someone else, such as a family member, child, or partner. You may enter another person's name, birth date, birth time, birth place, or gender only if: that person has given you informed consent, or you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor child with authority to do so; you have a lawful basis under the privacy laws that apply to you and to them; and your purpose is personal reflection rather than surveillance, leverage, or publication.

Couples and family features, including Kundali Milan compatibility, Sacred Bond relationship insights, and the family view, involve more than one profile. Do not use them to analyze a relationship with someone who has not agreed to have their details entered, to screen or rank prospective partners who have not consented, or to assess a person's suitability for anything on their behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the birth data you enter. If someone asks you to remove their details, delete the relevant profile from Settings promptly, or contact us at 1corporate@clevera.com if you need help. If we receive a verified request from a person whose details were entered without consent, we may delete the profile and any content derived from it. The Privacy Policy explains how this data is handled and how deletion works.

8. Hand Photographs

Where we offer the Hasta hand-reading feature on your account, it measures a photograph of a palm. The rules in Section 7 apply to a hand exactly as they apply to a birth date: you may photograph or upload a picture of another person's hand only with that person's informed consent, or a minor child's as their parent or guardian, and only for personal reflection.

You must not: photograph anyone's hand without their knowledge; upload photographs taken from the internet, from documents, or of people you do not know; upload anything that is not a hand, or that includes a face, a document, or another person's identifying details; or attempt to use the feature to identify, authenticate, or match any person. The feature is not a biometric identification system, and using it as one is prohibited. The Privacy Policy describes how the photograph is measured and destroyed.

9. Prohibited Reliance and Emergencies

Everything the Service produces, including birth charts, dasha timelines, daily briefs, panchang data, compatibility scores, naming suggestions, hand measurements, reports, images, spoken audio, and AI chat responses, is provided for reflection, education, and entertainment only. It is not medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, insurance, employment, or any other kind of professional advice. Horoskope AI does not tell fortunes or predict future events, no outcome is guaranteed, and AI-generated and computed content can be inaccurate. The Terms contain the full version of this disclaimer.

Because of this, you must not use the Service:

• to make, delay, or avoid decisions about health, medication, pregnancy, mental-health treatment, marriage or divorce, a child's welfare, investments, employment, or legal matters; consult a qualified professional for those decisions;
• in any emergency or time-critical situation, or as a source of safety guidance;
• as a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or counsel; or
• to advise, counsel, or treat other people, whether for payment or not, as though its Outputs were professional opinion.

If you are going through a difficult time, please reach out to people who can truly help. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at any time; elsewhere, your local emergency number or a local crisis line can connect you with support. Horoskope AI cannot provide that kind of help, and no reading should ever keep you from seeking it.

10. No Resale or Commercial Redistribution of Outputs

Under the Terms, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to the charts, reports, briefs, images, audio, and other Outputs generated for you. You must not sell, resell, rent, sublicense, syndicate, or commercially redistribute those Outputs; offer paid readings, consultations, matchmaking, naming, or counselling services built on them; republish them at scale or in a collection; or incorporate them into a product, publication, app, chatbot, or dataset, whether in original or modified form, unless we agree to it in writing.

Sharing an individual result with friends or family for personal, non-commercial purposes is fine, provided you do not strip the context that it is astrology offered for reflection. Building a business, publication, or dataset on top of the Service's Outputs is not.

11. Fair Use of AI Allowances and Billing Integrity

AI usage on the Service is metered in tokens, with allowances that vary by plan, optional one-time booster packs, and a free trial for eligible new accounts. Allowances and trials exist so that everyone gets a fast, reliable experience, and they are intended for genuine personal use by a single account holder. You must not:

• create, cycle through, or abandon multiple accounts, or misrepresent your identity, to repeatedly obtain free allowances or free trials;
• share an account, or pool accounts, to combine or circumvent allowances or capture limits;
• use automation to bulk-generate content or deliberately exhaust allowances;
• resell or transfer tokens, boosters, trials, or allowance capacity;
• use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods, or initiate chargebacks for charges you authorized without first contacting us; or
• exploit a pricing, metering, or billing error rather than reporting it to us.

We may apply reasonable safeguards, such as throttling, temporary limits, additional verification, or refusal of trials, to protect the Service when we detect patterns of abuse.

12. Decisions About Other People and Regulated Uses

Outputs describe a tradition's reading of a chart or a hand. They are not evidence about a person, and they must never be used as an input to a decision that affects someone's rights, opportunities, or access to services. You must not use the Service, or any Output, to make, support, or justify decisions about any individual in connection with:

• employment, including hiring, promotion, assignment, discipline, or termination;
• housing, tenancy, or accommodation;
• credit, lending, financial services, or insurance, including eligibility, pricing, or claims;
• healthcare, including diagnosis, treatment, medication, fertility, or reproductive decisions about another person;
• education, including admissions, grading, or placement;
• legal, immigration, custody, or adoption matters, or any proceeding before a court, tribunal, or government body;
• law enforcement, security screening, identity verification, or background checks; or
• any other decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on a person, or that would be unlawful discrimination if made on the basis of a protected characteristic.

Businesses, practitioners, matchmakers, employers, landlords, lenders, insurers, schools, and public bodies may not use the Service for any of these purposes, with or without the subject's consent. Consumer accounts are for individuals acting in a personal capacity.

13. Reporting Violations and Security Research

If you see content or behavior on the Service that appears to violate this Policy, or you believe your own details were entered by someone else without your consent, please tell us. You can write to 1corporate@clevera.com with "Abuse report" in the subject line, or use the in-product feedback form. Include enough detail for us to find the issue, such as the feature, the approximate date and time, and what you observed. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request about your own data.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, report it to the same address with "Security" in the subject line and do not test it against the Service, access other people's data, or disrupt the Service while doing so. We welcome good-faith research conducted within these limits and will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow them, report promptly, and keep findings confidential until we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix them. We review what we receive, though we cannot promise a response to every report.

14. Enforcement and Consequences

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and take any action we consider appropriate and proportionate, including issuing a warning, removing or refusing to process content, limiting features, throttling usage, withholding trials or refunds, suspending your account, or terminating it under the Terms. Where activity appears unlawful or threatens anyone's safety, we may report it to law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities, and may preserve and disclose relevant records as the law permits or requires. Amounts already paid are handled as described in the Terms; fees are not refunded for accounts terminated for breach.

We do not undertake to monitor everything submitted to the Service, but we reserve the right to review content and usage, including with automated tools, to enforce this Policy and protect our users. We are not liable to you for any action we take in good faith under this Section. If you believe we took action against your account in error, contact us at 1corporate@clevera.com within 30 days and we will take a second look.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The current version will always be posted at https://horoskope.ai/acceptable-use with its effective date. For material changes we will give notice, such as by email or an in-product message, before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use the Service after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated Policy. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Service and, if you wish, delete your account from Settings.
