Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Relationship to the Terms

This Acceptable Use Policy (this Policy) sets the rules for using Horoskope AI, the Vedic astrology service available at horoskope.ai and app.horoskope.ai (the Service), operated by Clevera Inc., a California corporation (Clevera, "we", "us"). This Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms & Conditions, available at https://horoskope.ai/terms. Capitalized terms that are not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms & Conditions.

By using the Service you agree to follow this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. How we collect and handle personal information, including birth details, is described in our Privacy Policy at https://horoskope.ai/privacy. If anything in this Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions control.

2. Lawful Use

You may use the Service only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, this Policy, and the Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make purchases.

The Service is built for personal spiritual reflection, education, and entertainment. Use it in that spirit: to explore birth charts, dasha timelines, daily briefs, compatibility insights, and conversations about them, for yourself and for people who have agreed to be included.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Service to harm, deceive, or exploit anyone. In particular, you must not:

• commit or facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, or any other deceptive or unlawful scheme;
• harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse any person, including by generating repeated unwanted readings or messages about them;
• promote hatred, discrimination, or violence against any person or group, including on the basis of religion, caste, race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability;
• impersonate any person or entity, including Clevera staff, astrologers, or other users, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• exploit, endanger, or sexualize minors in any way; or
• use charts, compatibility scores, or other outputs to make decisions about individuals that carry legal or similarly significant effects, such as hiring, lending, insurance, housing, or admissions decisions.

4. Prohibited Technical Acts

You must not abuse the technology behind the Service. In particular, you must not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the Service, including charts, briefs, reports, or chat responses;
• access the Service through bots, scripts, or other automated means, except through interfaces we expressly provide and document;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, or attempt to extract its source code, prompts, configuration, astrological engines, or knowledge corpus;
• use outputs of the Service to train, fine-tune, or improve a competing model, dataset, or astrology product, or otherwise attempt model extraction;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure, or breach or attempt to breach any security or authentication measure, without our prior written authorization;
• evade, disable, or manipulate rate limits, token metering, or other technical restrictions;
• abuse token allowances, for example by creating or cycling multiple accounts to repeatedly obtain free allowances (see Section 9);
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, introduce malware or other harmful code, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or
• access accounts, profiles, or data that do not belong to you.

5. Content Rules for Chat and Other Inputs

The Ask feature, feedback forms, and profile fields let you share questions and context with the Service. When you submit content, you must not:

• submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or obscene, or that depicts or sexualizes minors in any form;
• submit content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
• attempt to manipulate the AI into producing content that violates this Policy, including through prompt injection, jailbreaking, or similar techniques;
• submit malicious code or content designed to interfere with the Service; or
• submit passwords, payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other credentials; the Service never needs these in a conversation.

Remember that chat messages are stored and processed as conversation memory, including as vector embeddings and AI-derived profile notes, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not share anything you are not comfortable being processed that way. If you change your mind, you can delete conversations, profiles, or your entire account from Settings.

6. Birth Data About Other People

Birth profiles on the Service can describe you or someone else, such as a family member or partner. You may enter another person's name, birth date, birth time, birth place, or gender only if that person has consented, or if you are their parent or legal guardian with authority to do so.

Couples features, including Kundali Milan compatibility and Sacred Bond relationship insights, involve two profiles. Do not use them to analyze a relationship with someone who has not agreed to have their details entered.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the birth data you enter. If someone asks you to remove their details, delete the relevant profile from Settings, or contact us at 1corporate@clevera.com if you need help. The Privacy Policy explains how this data is handled and how deletion works.

7. Prohibited Reliance and Emergencies

Everything the Service produces, including birth charts, dasha timelines, daily briefs, panchang data, compatibility scores, reports, and AI chat responses, is provided for informational, educational, entertainment, and spiritual-reflection purposes only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or any other kind of professional advice. No outcome is guaranteed, AI-generated content can be inaccurate, and nothing in the Service predicts the future with certainty. The Terms & Conditions contain the full version of this disclaimer.

Because of this, you must not use the Service:

• to make, delay, or avoid decisions about health, medication, pregnancy, mental-health treatment, marriage or divorce, investments, employment, or legal matters; consult a qualified professional for those decisions;
• in any emergency or time-critical situation; or
• as a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or counsel.

If you are going through a difficult time, please reach out to people who can truly help. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at any time; elsewhere, your local emergency number or a local crisis line can connect you with support. Horoskope AI cannot provide that kind of help, and no reading should ever keep you from seeking it.

8. No Resale or Commercial Redistribution of Outputs

Under the Terms & Conditions, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to the charts, reports, briefs, and other outputs generated for you. You must not sell, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially redistribute those outputs, offer paid readings or consultations built on them, or republish them at scale, whether in original or modified form.

Sharing an individual result with friends or family for personal, non-commercial purposes is fine. Building a business, publication, or dataset on top of the Service's outputs is not, unless we agree to it in writing.

9. Fair Use of AI Allowances

AI usage on the Service is metered in tokens, with allowances that vary by plan and optional one-time booster packs. Allowances exist so that everyone gets a fast, reliable experience, and they are intended for genuine personal use by a single account holder. You must not:

• create, cycle through, or abandon multiple accounts to repeatedly obtain free or introductory allowances;
• share an account, or pool accounts, to combine or circumvent allowances;
• use automation to bulk-generate content or deliberately exhaust allowances; or
• resell or transfer tokens, boosters, or allowance capacity.

We may apply reasonable safeguards, such as throttling or temporary limits, to protect the Service when we detect patterns of abuse.

10. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior on the Service that appears to violate this Policy, please tell us. You can write to 1corporate@clevera.com or use the in-product feedback form. Include enough detail for us to find the issue, such as the feature, the approximate date and time, and what you observed.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, report it to the same address and do not test it against the Service without our prior written authorization. We welcome good-faith reports. We review what we receive, though we cannot promise a response to every report.

11. Enforcement and Consequences

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing content, limiting features, throttling usage, suspending your account, or terminating it under the Terms & Conditions. Where activity appears unlawful, we may report it to law enforcement or other authorities. Amounts already paid are handled as described in the Terms & Conditions.

We do not undertake to monitor everything submitted to the Service, but we reserve the right to review content and usage to enforce this Policy. If you believe we took action against your account in error, contact us at 1corporate@clevera.com and we will take a second look.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The current version will always be posted at https://horoskope.ai/acceptable-use with its effective date. For material changes we will give notice, such as by email or an in-product message, before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use the Service after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated Policy. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Service and, if you wish, delete your account from Settings.
